i play guitar and the natural nails produce a brighter tone vs. the acrylic. please let me know what works for you. My mom tells me that the eating the end of chicken bones helps, too.

The best method i am doin right now is just OLIVE OIL!!Take a swab,deep it in the bottle of the oil and rub your nails.It will really work,especially on peeling nails.Cause my nails are pealing and with the oil,they’ve became stronger!!I also drink more milk and food containing protein.Oh,and something last:Rubbing lemo on your nails will whiten them,especially the tips

Do you have any oils for nails that you recommend ?? For my nails i bought a Ruby kisses ultra growth and hardener but i dont know if i can put on polish and then use the hardener and ultra growth. Can i ?
