Get the crystal nail file from QVC. you will not be sorry you did. My nails chipped and split a lot before but after using the file they dont anymore. I could grow them out now if i wanted to, but my nail shape is weird once they grow out so i keep my nails short. Love your videos by the way!

I had the habit of …
I had the habit of kind of bending my nails (back, not forward) once they reached a long length because they’re so brittle and thin. So I actually found it very helpful to keep my nails painted at all times so I’m not tempted to do that. They’ve gotten so, so much stronger from me not pushing on them. Plus, I find that if you have a pretty manicure it will make you not want to mess it up;) I’ve been really into nail care recently so this video has been awesome for me!

I used to have …
I used to have REALLY bad nails, I bit them so bad & when they did grow they used to split & peel all the time. Now I have amazing nails & they always look great. All I used is Vaseline Hand & Nail cream, just a few times a day & really concentrate on rubbing it into your nails & cuticles. Also if you don’t use gloves or a mit when you’re putting on tan it will destroy your nails! That was the culprit for making mine split & peel so bad.

Grats on growing your nails out. I too am a reormed nail biter. Once you get into getting nail polish and stuff it will be easy and fun.
